Enhance Consulting was established in 2017 by Ben Allen, and Kaleb Leeming, who recognised a significant gap in the market for a technology consultancy that could genuinely partner with clients, prioritising their strategic goals to ensure product quality and maximise return on investment.

Initially focused on providing testing services, Enhance Consulting realised their offerings closely resembled those of other providers. This led to a key insight: test automation was critical to accelerating time-to-market and delivering superior product quality. In response, Enhance Consulting pivoted its focus, bringing in specialised talent to drive test automation excellence.

With this new expertise, Enhance Consulting developed a technology-agnostic approach, crafting the proprietary Enhance framework along with a suite of unique tools and processes that now deliver exceptional test automation solutions. This evolution quickly expanded Enhance Consulting’s client base from a few early adopters to numerous respected New Zealand organisations, including major banks and government agencies. Today, as an approved supplier on the AoG and DIA marketplace, Enhance Consulting remains committed to advancing test automation standards across Aotearoa, delivering measurable quality and efficiency improvements to its clients. At the same time, we continuously evolve with advancements in Quality Engineering and Tooling to ensure our clients receive the highest value.
